I feel like the trip to Monkey Mia was just yesterday, but its already 2 weeks ago...
It took some time to sort out my pictures and write a few lines, so sorry for the delay, but it's online now.
Since then nothing special happened. On Tuesday after the trip we had the speaking mock exam.
It went quite well. On Saturday i enjoyed it to sleep once in and later I went to town to meet some other friends for a coffee, just to chill. Back home I did some homework before I went again to Perth in the evening. We went first for dinner and later to Subiaco (Subiaco Hotel) to have a drink or two and finally ended up at the Deens in North Perth.
Sunday was another chilly day. I spent the whole afternoon in my hostparents backyard, reading in my book, enjoying the sun. Now it's already the end of the 7th week at school. Tomorrow after school we think about going to Scarborough beach, maybe having some BBQ again and enjoy the nice weather. It should be around 27 degrees, we will see...
For today it was also 26 degrees forecasted, but there was a bush fire (deliberately ignited to prevent bigger bush fires) near Perth. The wind blew all the smoke to the city and it looked almost like fog in autumn, the sun almost couldn't penetrate this dusty layer of air. The atmosphere was strange and people didn't really know what was going on. Anyway, I think i can imagine now how you must have felt in Europe a few weeks ago after the volcanic eruption in Iceland. So we hope for better weather tomorrow and on the weekend for which I exceptionally I don't have plans yet.
