Mock exams and speaking already behind...

End of week 11..., time for an update.
Last Saturday I went with Beni and Sarah to the Caversham Wildlifepark. That was definitely a great experience, although it took us hours to get there since the bus connections are sometimes very poor on the weekend.
Finally arrived there, we had even to walk about 2 km until we finally entered the park. But it was worth the journey since we saw kangaroos, even a little one jumping in and out of its mother's pouch. We also could stroke Koalas and were lucky that they were awake, since they sleep up to 20 hours a day. It was a lovely trip, meeting a lot of Australia's unique animals.
Sunday was a lazy day at home, knowing that a tough week was laying ahead. On Monday we had the Mock speaking, on Wednesday the real one. I think it was quite OK. On Thursday eventually we ran a final test for all our written papers. It was quite exhausting, but getting the results today was also a relief. I passed with 73%, which means that there is a continuous improvement, but still some more of it necessary (2%) for a "B". So I'll do my best and hope for a lucky day on the 16th. But right now we have the last long weekend ahead, since Monday is a public holiday.
The latest photos are coming soon...
